Avoid! My emersion heater was not heating up the water in the water tank and I phoned this company, they took the money over the phone as it was an emergency call out, the plumber who came out had no clue what he was doing, he changed the solar thermal settings to manual operation. As soon as he heard the pump running he said to me the water was going to heat up to temperature in about any hour, I waited and there was no change to the water temperature. Phoned them again and the guy said to me that the heating element is blown. I wondered how he came up with that conclusion with out investing the problem. The guy literally spent 2 minutes changing the settings of my solar thermal controller which has nothing to do with the emission heater, and that cost me £202.80 I phoned a different plumbing company and were able to solve the problem which was NOT heating element as “plumbleader emergency” plumber had concluded. Avoid this company especially when you desparate. They will take your money and come and pretend to know what they are doing. Avoid. Avoid
